Arcfest is the flagship Techfest of one of India’s leading mechatronics programs, aimed to inculcate students to learn futuristic technologies through exciting challenges. A variety of Robotics competitions are conducted to improve students' analytical skills and enable them to quickly evaluate and find solutions to the problems they encounter.
The following table provides an outline of cash prizes offered for each event.
The event is spread across two days, i.e., 30th and 31st of March. The timing schedule of the events will be sent out to all the registered participants closer to the date of the event.

Yes, there will be refreshments provided only for the registered participants during the course of the event. Apart from which, the participants as well as their support team will have access to the canteen and the stores in the campus.
No, we do not offer spot registrations. The registrations close on 20th of march 2023 and all the participants are requested to complete their registration process online.

Each individual member of the team has to register themselves. It is requested that the team members use the same team’s name for the individuals from a team as it will be easier for us to keep a record of the same.

No, we will not be able to provide transportation for the participants.
No. Components and spare parts, such as adaptors or batteries, will not be provided by the event organisers. Participants should come prepared with these items if they require them. However, extension cables will be made available to students who are participating in Innovātiō to ensure that students have sufficient power to demonstrate their projects.
No. The same robot cannot be used for different competitions. And no modifications are allowed to be made to the bot after it is inspected by the officials for the particular event. It is essential to ensure that the robot meets the necessary requirements in order to compete in the competitions.

For the workshop, the students will get to use and work on kits provided by the organisers. Unfortunately, these have to be returned at the end of the workshop and the students will not be allowed to take the kits back with them.
The theme for the competition is left to the discretion of the participants. However, there are certain guidelines and judgement criteria that must be adhered to. Please refer to the rulebook for a clear understanding of these criteria and guidelines.
Every participant who registers and shows up for the event will get an E-certificate for participation. The winners will get a physical certificate.
